Pioneer Rack 'n Pinion Tarp System - The #1 Roll Off System!
The RP4500SARG Rack and Pinion tarp system is fully adjustable, featuring sliding pivot points, telescoping arms, and an adjustable gantry. It has been the industry standard for decades, famous for its high configurability, low-maintenance design, and reliable construction. Ideal for tandem or tri-axle hooklift and roll-off trucks running 20 to 50 yard containers up to 24' in length.

The RP4500SARG rack gear's forward and backward movement is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder which works in conjunction with the pinion gear located at the base of the pivot arms, which allows for speed control and precise synchronization of the pivot arms as you roll and unroll the tarp. Starting with the strengthened base arm, through the Rack 'n Pinion Pivot and on to the reinforced "C" Channel, the RP4500SARG provides better leverage, greater control and longer life, which is why it has become the industry standard.
NOTE: Tower requires 10 to 12 inches space behind cab.

The Pioneer RP4500SARG includes a 114" Heavy Duty Mesh Tarp, reinforced at the front and back with wear-resistant, urethane-coated nylon.
