Coverene Vinyl Coated Polyester Fabrics
DeBrovys is proud to offer Coverene, our premium line of heavy-duty imported vinyl coated polyester fabrics. Known for their exceptional physical qualities and high tensile strength, Coverene fabrics are engineered to withstand the most demanding environments. The woven polyester base provides incredible tear resistance, while the thick vinyl coating ensures complete waterproof protection and durability against the elements.
Key Specifications & Performance
Coverene fabrics are designed for industrial-grade performance. All weights feature a cold crack rating of -40°F, ensuring the material remains flexible and resists cracking even in extreme freezing temperatures. The fabric is treated with a smooth vinyl finish that resists dirt, mildew, and UV degradation, making it ideal for long-term outdoor exposure. For applications requiring fire safety, our 18 oz weight is available with Flame Retardant (FR) certification meeting NFPA 701, Large & CSFM standards.
Available Weights and Roll Sizes
We stock Coverene in a comprehensive range of weights to suit any application. All standard rolls are 61 inches wide.
- 10 oz: Lightweight and easy to handle. Available in 6 colors on 100-yard rolls.
- 14 oz: Medium-duty protection. Available in 7 colors on 100-yard rolls.
- 18 oz: Our most popular heavy-duty weight. Available in 15 vibrant colors on 100-yard rolls. Also available in Flame Retardant (FR) and Extra Wide (126" width on 60-yard rolls).
- 22 oz: Extra heavy-duty for severe applications. Available in 7 colors on 100-yard rolls.
- 40 oz: Maximum strength for extreme industrial use. Available in Black on 50-yard rolls.
