Pioneer HR1500E Tuff-Tarper – Tuff-Tarper Series
System Overview:
The HR1500E Tuff-Tarper is part of Pioneer’s Tuff-Tarper Series, designed for single-axle cable hoist and hook-lift trucks. These systems cover open-top containers ranging from 8 feet to 16 feet in length and are available in semi-automatic, automatic, and hydraulic versions.
Pioneer describes these units as “the utility knife of the trucking world” for their versatility and user-friendly design. The HR1500E is ideal for same-size containers.

Notes on Fixed Gantry:

Fixed or stationary gantries are adequate for most applications

Adjustable hydraulic gantries allow gentle lowering of the tarp over the load, reducing damage and wear

All gantries, telescopic or fixed, require 10 inches of clearance for the roller rest

Fixed gantries can sometimes be modified for limited clearance applications
