Pioneer HR1000 HI-ROLLER Refuse Tarping System with Power Pack

The Pioneer HR1000 HI-ROLLER Refuse Tarping System with Power Pack is a semi-automatic, armless tarping system built for single-axle hook lift trucks and cable hoists. Designed to cover open-top, fixed-height containers from 8' to 16', this tarp system combines strength, simplicity, and durability.

Powered by a 12-volt DC self-contained pack, the HI-Roller uses a hydraulic gantry that adjusts from 64" to 104" for smooth operation. This system is easy to secure loads with 9' wide expandable heavy-duty mesh tarp.

Easy To Use Semi-Automatic Tarping System

Operating the HR1000 HI-Roller is simple

1. Raise the gantry above the container.

2. Flip the rope above the load.

3. Walk to the rear of the truck and pull the tarp over the container.

4. Tie the tarp to the provided cleat.

This truck tarp system is designed for efficiency, saving time while keeping loads compliant and protected.
