Pioneer HR1000 Tuff-Tarper Series – PTO / Hydraulic (Semi-Automatic Armless)

System Overview:

The HR1000 Tuff-Tarper is part of Pioneer’s Tuff-Tarper Series, designed for single-axle cable hoist and hook-lift trucks. These systems provide reliable coverage for open-top, fixed-height containers ranging from 8 feet to 16 feet.

• Available Models: Semi-automatic, automatic, and hydraulic versions

• Armless Design: Ideal for efficient tarp deployment on tight or narrow containers

• Standard Tarp: 9 feet wide expandable heavy-duty mesh

Hydraulic Operation (HR1000PTO):

• Hydraulic Gantry Adjustment: Extends from 64 inches (5 feet 4 inches) to 104 inches (8 feet 8 inches)

• Hydraulic Integration: Connects directly to the truck’s hydraulic power system

• Simple Operation:

  1. Raise the gantry above the container

  2. Flip the rope over the load

  3. Walk to the rear of the truck and pull the tarp over the container

  4. Secure the tarp to the provided cleat
