The Tuff-Tarper systems are designed for single axle cable hoist and hooklift trucks. These systems provide reliable coverage for open-top, fixed height containers ranging from 8' to 16'.
Tuff-Tarper systems are available in semi-automatic, automatic, and hydraulic models to fit your hauling needs.
HR1000 Hi-Roller (Semi-Automatic Armless)
The HR1000PTO is a hydraulic tarp system for single axle hook lift trucks and cable hoists. It can cover containers up to 16' maximum length.
The Tuff-Tarper Advantage
The HR1000PTO is an armless, semi-automatic tarping system built for efficiency and durability.
- Hydraulic gantry adjustment: extends from 64" to 104".
- Hydraulic integration: connects directly with your truck's hydraulic power system.
- Simple Operation:
- Raise the gantry above the container.
- Flip the rope above the load.
- Walk to the rear of the truck and pull the tarp over the load.
- Tie the tarp to the provided cleat.
- Standard tarp included: 9' wide expandable heavy-duty mesh tarp comes with every system.
