STRENGTH AND SAFETY WHERE YOU NEED IT
10" and 22" wrap models
Strong, durable and good looking, Aero bulkheads provide strength and security for your driver and your load. DOT-rated bulkheads come in 10" and 22" wrap models. The 22" wrap model is designed with holes in the top rail for Side Kit bow storage. Aero tests DOT rated bulkheads to FMCSA 393.114 standards
with their destructive tests. Flat (no wrap) non-DOT rated models available.

SOLID POST DESIGN
Aero's unique solid post design provides additional strength at the back of the bulkhead wrap. The corrugated front eliminates the need for posts and stake pockets across the front of the trailer. Our universal fit is easy to install. 

FUNCTION + APPEARANCE
Designed for both function and appearance, the bulkhead is constructed using aluminum sheet, extrusions and castings. Using our knowledge and expertise as the industry's leading tarp manufacturer, the bulkhead's top corners are shaped to eliminate wear points and maximize tarp life. All wrap models have built-in starter channels to accept side kit panels.
