SMS Terms & Conditions

DeBrovys SMS Program

By separately selecting “Yes, you can text me” and submitting a telephone number, a customer authorizes Fetter Enterprises Inc., doing business as DeBrovys, to send recurring automated or manually initiated text messages concerning quote follow-up, product or service updates, customer-service follow-up, and promotions at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on customer interactions and the programs selected. Message and data rates may apply. Customers are responsible for charges imposed by their wireless carrier.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. After a valid opt-out request, DeBrovys may send one confirmation message and will stop messages covered by the request within the period required by applicable rules. Reply HELP for assistance, email info@trucktarps.com, or call (502) 584-3352. DeBrovys will also honor other reasonable revocation requests that clearly communicate a desire to stop covered messages.

Eligibility and telephone-number responsibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian and must be the account holder or an authorized user of the telephone number provided. A participant should notify DeBrovys and opt out before transferring or discontinuing a number.

Delivery and carriers

Delivery is subject to wireless-network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information associated with the SMS program is handled under the DeBrovys Privacy Policy. DeBrovys does not sell mobile information and does not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers only as needed to operate the SMS program or when required by law.

Changes and termination

DeBrovys may modify or terminate the SMS program or these terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and handled in accordance with applicable requirements. Ending the program does not remove records that must be retained to document consent, opt-out, transactions, disputes, or legal obligations.

Scope

These terms apply to the DeBrovys SMS Program. They do not replace terms that may apply to website use, product purchases, payment, shipping, or other services.
