System Overview:

The Hydraulic Roller 2000 Power Pull (PP) is a semi-automatic, armless tarping system designed for single-axle and multi-axle hooklift and cable hoist containers, suitable for 20-, 30-, and 40-yard open-top containers. This system is ideal for areas with limited side-to-side clearance, offering safe, smooth, and quiet operation with minimal maintenance.

The hydraulic 3-stage telescopic gantry adjusts vertically from 5.67 feet to 13 feet and provides smooth, quiet, and simple operation. A two-stage heavy-duty cylinder raises the gantry to 13 feet.

Safety features include an audio and visual Up-Gantry alarm in the cab. Gantry cylinders deploy through bearing rings, minimizing play between stages. The gantry’s self-contained support members eliminate the need for additional gusseting.

Fewer moving parts (no chains, sprockets, or pulleys) make maintenance easier. The standard tarp is 8 feet by 31 feet reinforced heavy-duty mesh, with a pig-tail tie-down system.

Operation Instructions:

1. Raise the gantry above the container (over 13 feet).

2. Flip the rope above the load.

3. Walk to the rear of the truck and roll the tarp over the load.

4. Secure the tarp to the provided cleat.
