System Overview:
The Hydraulic Roller 1500 Power Take-Off Econocover is an aluminum, fixed-arm automatic tarping system designed for multi-axle hooklift or cable roll-off trucks carrying containers 16 feet to 24 feet in length.
This is the most economical automatic tarping system for these trucks. It features:

Adjustable hydraulic gantry

Right-angle direct-drive hydraulic motor/gearbox assembly

Torsion spring-activated aluminum pivot arms
The system is built for low maintenance and fast installation, estimated at approximately 8 hours.

Operation:
-
Gantry is raised hydraulically via Power Take-Off motor.

The motor unwinds the tarp from the roller while torsion-spring pivot arms extend.

The arms cover the load as the tarp is deployed.

Arms rest on the rear door to secure the tarp.
