Pioneer Hydraulic Roller 2000 Power Take-Off Hi-Roller Deluxe Kit
System Overview:
The Hydraulic Roller 2000 PTO Hi-Roller is a semi-automatic, armless tarping system designed for single-axle and multi-axle hooklifts and cable hoists, suitable for 20-, 30-, and 40-yard open-top containers. This cost-effective system provides easy access to narrow streets and alleys, while delivering safe, smooth, and quiet operation.
The system is powered by the truck’s PTO and features a two-stage, heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder that extends the gantry to 13 feet, with adjustable gantry height from 68 inches to 156 inches. No gusseting is required, as the strong hydraulic gantry has self-contained support members.
Safety features include an audible and visual “Up-Gantry” alarm in the cab. Smooth operation is achieved through bearing-ring-guided gantry legs, eliminating the need for chains, sprockets, or pulleys.
The standard tarp included is 8 feet by 31 feet reinforced heavy-duty mesh with a pig-tail tie-down system.
Operation Instructions:

The driver raises the gantry above the container (over 13 feet).

The rope is flipped above the load.

The driver walks to the rear of the truck and rolls the cover over the load.

The tarp is secured to the cleat provided.
