CH Grade Silica Fabric is a premium choice for safeguarding equipment and personnel in extreme heat environments. Made from high-purity silica fibers with a 98% silicon dioxide content, this fabric provides exceptional resistance to high temperatures and molten metal splashes.
Available in two satin weave options—18 oz and 36 oz—this fabric is engineered for continuous protection at temperatures up to 1800°F (1000°C), with a melting point of up to 2300°F (1260°C) for the heavier grade. It meets Military Specifications MIL-C-24576A and MIL-I-24244C, ensuring superior performance and reliability in demanding industrial settings.
The acrylic-coated finish enhances handling, durability, and resistance to abrasion, making it ideal for various high-temperature applications.
