Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric - 17 oz. & 32 oz.
Red silicone fiberglass is a premium base fabric meeting military specification Mil-Y-1140C. The fiberglass has been impregnated with a specially formulated silicone rubber compound, providing greater abrasion, puncture, and tear resistance than standard uncoated fiberglass. This heavy-duty coating also provides superior water and oil repellency while maintaining low-smoke and flame retardancy characteristics. Available in both 17 oz. and 32 oz. weights in Red and Gray colors.
