The Pioneer HR4780, specifically the HR4780-1, is a winding disk used in Pioneer's Roll Off Tarping Systems, primarily for preloading tension on the internal spring of the tarp system's rollers. It is a component of the Rack-N-Pinion and Strong Arm RP4500 Series Auto-Tarper systems. The HR4780-1 is compatible with the HR2000, HR3500, RP4500 and RP4500SARG tarp systems.
