The Double-Flip™ opens and closes in under 10 seconds! It’s simple to operate, easy to maintain and extremely affordable. Designed to cover open-top transfer trailers up to 102 inches wide and 53 inches long, with an hydraulic power gantry and tarp roller that operates off the trailer’s hydraulics. Lids rest flush on trailer sides when opened, allowing loading in narrow spaces. Lids overlap when closed to properly seal the load and eliminate blowout. A 2-spool manual control valve, mounted on the trailer’s front wall, allows independent operation of each lid. The Double-Flip’s 3-arm design provides the proper combination of strength and flexibility to cover and contain uneven loads.

The Double-Flip™ system uses the same frame and hinges as our Sidewinder™. Preassembled head assembly mounts to any style front trailer wall. Its heavy-duty linkage and self-lubricating hinges ensure durability and the head cover looks good, reduces air flow under the tarp and protects the head assembly from debris and the operator from moving parts. The kit includes valves, hoses, frame and other components; some additional hardware may be needed.

*You need to buy two tarps with each system, so tarp price will be doubled and added to hardware kit. (Kits contain hardware only.) Add kit price to appropriate doubled tarp price to get final total – both types of tarps listed will fit the Double-Flip hardware kit. Tarp options can be ordered alone for replacement tarps.
