Pioneer Hydraulic Roller 1500 Power Take-Off Roll-Off Tarp System

System Overview:

The Hydraulic Roller 1500 Power Take-Off is a rugged steel roll-off tarp system for multi-axle hooklift and cable roll-off trucks, designed for containers 16 feet to 24 feet in length. It combines steel construction, a hydraulic motor, and adjustable gantry to create a durable, low-maintenance solution.

The system features a torsion spring-activated pivot arm system, hydraulic PTO-driven roller, and hydraulically adjustable gantry for smooth, snag-free deployment of the included heavy-duty mesh tarp. Installation is straightforward, estimated at 8–12 hours.

• Adjustable Hydraulic Gantry: Moves vertically from 60 inches to 96 inches (5.0 feet to 8.0 feet)

• Container Compatibility: Works with 20- to 50-yard containers, lengths 16–24 feet

• Recommended Trucks: Tandem and tri-axle hooklift trucks, cable/roll-off trucks, and trailers

• Fixed-Arm Operation: Arms rest on rear container door when tarp is in the covered position

• Gantry Purpose: Extends tarp life by gently lowering over the load instead of dragging

• Clearance Requirement: Gantry/roller requires 10–12 inches behind the cab

Note: For trucks carrying multiple container sizes, system can be set for the longest container; arms will overhang shorter containers. For greater adjustability, consider the HR2500 system.
